PiaonJump.com offers a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any private lesson, please email us at thomas@pianojump.com within two business days of having attended that lesson to let us know. We are happy to issue a full refund for that lesson.
Canceling a Weekly Lesson
If you need to occasionally cancel a lesson, simply text or call me at +1 (330) 697-1900 before your scheduled lesson time. I have "open" spots reserved each day for make-up lessons.
For example, if you text me on Wednesday to cancel that day's lesson and request a make-up for Thursday or Friday, I'll respond with a confirmation time for your make-up lesson. The make-up lesson will typically be scheduled around the same time as your regular lesson.
If you need to occasionally cancel a lesson and don't want to schedule a make-up lesson, just text or call me at +1 (330) 697-1900 before your scheduled time. We'll cancel that session and expect you the following week at your regular time. There is no charge for any missed lessons.
If you need to change ALL your future lesson days or times, I'll work with you to find a better day or time that fits your schedule. I'm happy to adjust lesson times when possible to help you find a time that works well for you. The most important thing is to set up a weekly lesson time that you can comfortably attend regularly.
